Steve provides tax, audit, accounting and business consulting services to both business and high net worth clients. He acts as the financial quarterback for many of his clients overseeing a wide range of tax, audit and accounting services. In addition to the tax planning, preparation and financial statement assurance services, Steve assists with start-up consulting, entity selection and structuring, partnership and shareholder agreements, common deductible expenses, acquisitions and dispositions.

Steve believes that it is important to address issues beyond the numbers and tax code and go deep inside his clients’ personal lives to make sure that their goals, dreams and fears are addressed while working on the tax, accounting and consulting issues.

Steve is one of the founders of Beach Freeman Lim & Cleland, LLP, a full-service CPA firm that leads entrepreneurs to financial success.

Steve is also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (“EO”), a worldwide organization with over 15,000 members that helps leading entrepreneurs to learn and grow. He was a member of the EO Los Angeles Board of Directors and served as the Finance Director for the EO US West Region and he was a member of the EO Global Standing Finance Committee for several years.
